Sea glass and cast-off plastic ropes collected along the Tateyama, Chiba coastline serve as both medium and meaning. Through experimental research with recycled glass, I shape speculative forms that confront the reality of marine debris and the Anthropocene’s ongoing damage to underwater ecosystems. These works ask where beauty, waste, and responsibility meet, and what futures we are casting in our oceans.
